Neil began his career with British Rail Property Board in Bristol
before moving to Oxford in 1988 where he has practiced since.
He specialises in professional services including lease renewals,
rent reviews, commercial valuations and expert witness work.
He is also an RICS qualified arbitrator and independent expert.
Neil enjoys walking the long distance footpaths of England,
cooking and real ale.
