Neil Evans BSc Dip Arb FRICS MCIArb

Neil began his career with British Rail Property Board in Bristol before moving to Oxford in 1988 where he has practised since. He specialises in professional services including lease renewals, rent reviews, commercial valuations and expert witness work. He is also a RICS qualified Arbitrator and Independent Expert.

Neil plays terrible golf but can produce an impressive risotto.

Martin Conway FRICS Martin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1979 whilst with the District Valuer's Office. After nine years in London with two major practices, he moved to Oxford as a Director of an international property consultancy and specialised in commercial agency and consultancy work. He joined Marriotts in January 2002 and heads the Agency Department. Martin has three children and when time permits, enjoys cycling and mountain biking and has completed rides from Lands End to John O'Groats, an expedition across the Pyrenees and more locally, the Oxford to Cambridge annual event.
